  Lipstick base formulation

  Want advise on this recipe
  Can I omit silica from this recipe completely without compromising the stability of the product .
  which lecithin I use liquid or powder , I tried liquid but it did not dissolve completely 
  i live in hot climate…. will it be a stable recipe in hot summers .
  any help is appreciated
