Lightening Body Scrub… How to?!
I am trying to launch a small skincare line and I am thinking that I would buy a generic body scrub in bulk from a wholesale who does private label etc (did some research and found a few) and add some lightening agent(s) to the scrub and the package and retail under my brand name. Can I please get some feedback and guidance on:
What lightening agents work well in a scrub?
Is it actually feasible &/ safe to do this?
What preservatives should I add?
Any angle I’m missing?
Constructive criticism is definitely welcome as this is just a one of the many business ideas I have noted and will like to explore.

You have asked so many questions and there are so many variables to this task that answers would be pure guesswork. So much hangs on the constituents of the commercial scrub you use as base.
