Laureth-4 substitution for dual phase body wash

Hi, I found a simple formula to create dual phase body wash. Basically it’s something like Victoria’s Secret Dual Phase Body Wash like in photo below.

PHASE	INGREDIENTS	%W/W
A	Olive Oil	7.00
	C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate	20.00
B	Sodium Laureth Sulfate, 28%	40.00
	Laureth-4	2.00
	Water	21.00
	Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate	10.00
	Preservative	q.s.

i’m trying to make my own dual phase nody wash using this formula bit I couldnt find Laureth-4 anywhere in my country..
Does anyone know a suitable substitution for Laureth-4 for this particular product?
