I usually wash and clean containers like jars, bottles with pump heads or spray heads and then spray with 70% isopropyl alcohol. For small scale it’s fine, but theoretically speaking what happens if I scale up to like thousands of the products? What’s the practical way to deal with containers and spray heads or pump heads at larger scale? (these heads take forever to dry). Thank you!

Typically, the containers you get from the packaging supplier are already cleaned and washed so you don’t need to do anything to them. At least that is the case for large scale producers.

As Perry said - this is unnecessary. I’ll add it’s BAD idea. Bacteria growing while you’re trying to “dry out”.
