  Kojic acid , propylene glycol vs lotion

  What can add to lotion containing kojic acid so that it will stop it from changing the normal lotion color to brown color?

  Again, still inside the same lotion, I noticed that propylene glycol dissolves some of my raw materials inside lotion, does propylene glycol affect the effectiveness of the active ingredient in the solution? -
