  Is there a range rating that states the cleaning power of shampoo and soap?

  Is there a value range rating that indicates/states the cleaning power(cleanability) of shampoo and soap products? to determine which range they fall into (i.e., excellent/very good; good; fair; and poor)?

  If so, could someone please provide the reference source?

  Description:
  DP: % detergency (cleaning) power,
  C: weight of sebum in the control sample (weight of sebum on the yarn/wool),
  T: weight of sebum in the test sample (weight of residual sebum on the yarn/wool).
