I want to add ~1ppm CMIT MIT to my cleansing products to make them stronger ???? and reduce the chance of adaptation. They also have formalin and EDTA. I add formalin as last ingredient just before NACL.

My question is: is it ok to add CMIT MIT early in water in cold process cleansing products?

Time might beat kinetics but I wouldn’t.   It’s instable in water solution .  Think your wasting your time with the tiny but of the stuff.
