  Is glyceryl Caprylate stable at pH 4? 

  Or what is the lowest pH at which glyceryl Caprylate doesn’t hydrolyses?

  If you check some of the brochures, the lowest recommendation mentioned would be pH 4 or 4.5.

  @jemolian yeah but some say 4.5 and that confuses me
