In a cationic emulsion with 5% petrolatum in oil phase, 1% cetyl alcohol and 1% SPDMA as cationic emulsifier, is adding 1% GMS enough to help emulsify that load of oil in this system or not?
    Of not how about 2%?

I made such a sample 3 months ago and it is stable until now. But as it was not in 45°c and only room temperature i am not sure about long term stability of this emulsion.
