Increase the thickness for an eye contour cream
I’m looking to increase the thickness of an eye contour cream without creating an occlusive layer. Which of the following ingredients, or combination of them, would be best to increase the percentage of?
- Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, O1000
- Cetyl a., Stearyl a., Cetearyl a. ( so far maximum 3%)
- Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Xanthan Gum
- Any specific carrier oil or ester
Ideally, I’d prefer not to add any new ingredients, but feel free to suggest one if you think it would help. Also, any advice on ingredients to avoid, like propanediol, which tend to reduce thickness, would be appreciated!
