i need help for an emulsifier probleme
can i change the emulsifier of a deodorant formula without damaging its stability. i would like replace steareth 2 with lecithin, about the same hlb +-1

HLB is an acceptable initial approach to select
surfactant. Nevertheless it’s quite simple system, and does not give indication
on the structure of the surfactant. Lecithin and steareth-2 are very different
molecules, so I agree with Belassi you have to try
