  Hydroxystearic Acid Verse Stearic acid

  The functions used in cosmetic of Hydroxystearic Acid and stearic acid are the ame?
  both clean skin by helping water to mix with oil and dirt so that they can be rinsed away.
  
  Is that correct?

  Anyone has experiences or knowledge about Hydroxystearic Acid and stearic acid? Please share! how are they differences?
