  Hydroquinone ,HELP!

  Hello to everyone! Before you first attack me all,let me say that I did speak with my dermatologist and she is totally okay with that.The place I live you cannot buy hydroquinone from pharmacy however it is sold in its pure form.The problem is how can I dilute hydroquinone using as little liquid as possible because when I add it to my face cream it becomes extremely runny.Can please someone help,im getting desperate(i am fighting melasma for more than 10 years).Also how can I prevent the HQ from oxidizing using sodium metabisulphite?I have tried dissolving it in ethanol but when I add it to the face cream it becomes watery! Please help,any advice would be appreciated about HQ!!! BTW I am striking for 4-6% concentration !
