Dear All, I want incorporate hydrolyzed keratin (water soluble) in silicon based hair serum. I tried to make it soluble in silicons with the help of Span-tween combination, PEG-12 dimethicon, IPA, RH40 etc. but it does not worked. I want to get crystal clear hair serum with hydrolyzed keratin in it.

Please suggest, how should I go ahead.
Composition of serum - Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Phenyl trimethicon etc.

Add that solution into your formula at 0.0001%. At 1ppm it will be virtually invisible.
