  Hydramol PGPL, Merquat Polymers, and Novethix

  I haven’t had any feedback on my last requests, but I am always optimistic. I am considering designing some new products and am wondering if anyone has experience / opinions on:

  Hydramol PGPL (water soluble ester)

  Merquat Polymers (2003PR, and 100) (hair repair shampoos, conditioners)

  Novethix L-10 (intended thickener, sulphate-free shampoo)
