My liquid soap using HPMC and acrylates copolymer as a thickener, but when it’s done there are floating material after a few days. when i check it, it is gel-like things. i assume that is HPMC that clot and gelling, is it possible to re-mix it again to the soap? but how to mix it again without re-heat the soap? maybe i will try to filter the gel and premix it with boil water again then i pour it into the soap, is it okay? or any other suggestion?

Maybe you could try using only one of those thickeners, and get the final viscosity by using CAPB (if you are using an anionic surfactant as well) plus some salt? Liquid soaps are usually very simple formulas.
