    Dear all, I am currently using Mecellose FMC8821 powder (manufacturer: Samsung) at a dosage of 0.5% of the total product weight in our detergent formula “soap paste laundry.”<br data-start=”290″ data-end=”293″> At this concentration, we have observed that the product becomes non-homogeneous after a few days, both at 45 °C and at room temperature.

    The internal product specifications are as follows:

    <ul data-start=”488″ data-end=”537″>

  • Minimum viscosity: 2,500 cP

  • pH range: 7–8

  • Is there anyone in this forum familiar with this material who could guide me on how to resolve this issue?

    The formula composition is as follows:

    <ul data-start=”690″ data-end=”878″>

  • Aqua: q.s. to 100%

  • Soap 100% HO: 5%

  • LABSA: 6%

  • Preservative: 0.1%

  • EDTA 4Na: 0.06%

  • Fragrance: 0.75%

  • Opacifier: 0.3%

  • Salt: max. 1.5%

  • Mecellose powder: 0.5%

  • I look forward to your feedback and thank you in advance for your assistance.
