  How to dissolve Kojic Acid?

  Hi,

  I’m trying to dissolve 0.25g kojic acid in 1g warm distilled water for a 30g serum test batch. However, it won’t dissolve. I also tried dissolving it in propylene glycol, it didn’t work either. What would be the best way to dissolve it?
