How can a formula be “water free” and contain HA?
I was checking out a foundation from the brand MOB Beauty and they have a cream foundation that they state is packed with skin care ingredients one of which being hyaluronic acid. I immediately became confused bc I was under the impression that HA is a water soluble ingredient and needs water for its humectant properties. Could someone educate me and explain how this is possible?
