  Honey is a face wash?

  Ive heard different opinions on honey in cosmetics. Some say it shouldnt be used at a high %, others say as long as its preserved you can use what you need. I personally use 100% honey as a gentle wash as my face doesnt do well with detergents or synthetics. I want to formulate a honey wash but since my benefits have been from 100% I want to formulate using around 80% or more. Can I formulate something similar to this:

  Honey 80-90%
  Hydrosal
  Extract
  Emulsifier Or maybe just a solubilizer?
  Antioxidant
  Preservative
  Xanthan Gum
  pH adjuster if needed
