What are the batch sizes that you will make?
Where do you purchase it from?
What is the price of this? Lowest & highest end.
-
I will go probably with 30G head
China
Around US$1100 delivered to New Zealand -
Looks like it’ll get the job done. I’d make sure the company confirms the machine is serviceable and can provide parts, specifically the PTFE bearing on the disperser which can wear out in some models.
Something to pay attention to is the minimum height of the liquid immersed, which increases the larger the head. It makes it easier and cheaper to R&D with a smaller minimum height, but of course, if one is only getting one dispersing head, then compromise is necessary.

I mean what batch sizes small and big you want to make?
There are better options in china for half the price that can make batches of up to 40kg.
-
That’s what I meant too @Abdullah. 30 G head would make up to 8kg, which would be enough for me.
However, I would really appreciate, if you could recommend some other (cheaper) options. Thanks a lot -
found it in Alibaba but contacted the company directly

That’s great! Will get in touch. Thank you so much.
One last question????
What is the difference between this head and the one that I sent on the picture? Is it for bigger quantities? -
Inside this it has smaller rotor stator.
You can talk with manufacturer, and see for yourself what components it has comparatively.
Overall this one is bigger, can produce larger batches, maybe able to run for longer and is cheaper.
