Both Dow and Lubrizol have polymer based thickeners that are stable at higher pH.

A google search with the company name, thickener, cosmetics and high pH should help you locate product names and any other information you want.

Check Aculyn 88, Aculyn Excel from Dow. I remember Aculyn 88 having suspension properties, but it all depends on the rest of the formulation and the size of the beads you want to suspend.

Usman did you even go through the TDS of the product which clearly mentions 4-12 pH range depending on the formulation.
