    Hi,
I want to buy a blender to make emulsions in the lab. My standard batch is from 1 to 10 L. I am considering this two blenders: Here is their  technical data:

    1.

Power supply (Volt / Hz) 230/5060

    Power (Kwatt / Hp) 0.25

    A mm ø75

    B mm 285

    Speed rpm 2500 - max 15000

    Weight (Kg) 2,3

The length of the arm: mixing and knife
    :270 mm

     2.

Power supply (Volt / Hz) 230

    Power (Kwatt / Hp) 0.4

    A mm ø100

    B mm 350

    Speed rpm 2000 - max 9000

    Weight (Kg) 2,4

    The length of
the arm: mixing and knife : 400 mm

Which is better? Or should I find something else?

Of course the one with 0.4Hp is better.

But the best thing is to purchase an emulsifier head. Not just a mixer.

There was a post a few days ago about it.
