Are you asking a question? What do you mean when you say “it is a weak formula”?

GuestJune 18, 2016 at 6:54 ami ask about formula ,is it need another additive or percentage must be changed?

Benzalkonium Chloride 4%, are you sure you know what you are doing??????

Cocamide MEA is not typically used in conditioners.
But really, your question is too vague to give an answer. Do you even have water in the formula? What about a preservative? Color? Fragrance? What viscosity are you looking to get? What is your benchmark product?
Without knowing what you want to make (conditioner is not specific enough) there isn’t much help to give.

Please read the PDS of each ingredient to understand what is what, that said I am sure it would be better to seek professional help as the % of benzalkonium chloride speaks volume about your preps to g o ahead on this fun venture.
