Hi! I have a base gel that I mix with cosmetic glitters, but I need to find a way for it to dry faster, while still remaining safe for use near the eyes.

Ingredients: Polyethylene Terephthalate (not in clear gel), Deionized Water, Acrylate C-10/30 Cross Polymer, Triethanolamine, Cyclopentasiloxane, Camellia Sinensis (Japanese Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol
I’ve tried adding Polyvinylpyrrolidone and VP/VA Copolymer to form a stronger film to sort in seal the glitter in, but it takes even longer to dry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!
