  i need good formulation for premature ejaculation:
  lidocaine :menthol,glycerin,fragrance,carbopol,triethanolamine ,95 %alcohol for dissolving menthol and lidocaine base 
  which the best percent for each component
  ,and if any good additions from your experience ?

  This is very out of my field, I just want to say be careful with fragrance because I imagine the area of application would be..sensitive. 
   Also this is in no way a cosmetic so I have no idea of the regulations on this in any country
