  It’s interesting to see what people believed about plants pre-science.

  Sadly, a lot of this has been taken as proven fact when indeed most of it is just pre-scientific pondering. 

  But if you’re looking for a good folksy story to support an herb put into your cosmetic formula, here’s some supporting information.
