I’m formulating a fragrance that will be sprayed in very small quantities. It has to be anhydrous. I’d like to minimize the potential for staining fabrics. I was thinking of IPM as carrier.  Any suggestions?

Ethanol or ethanol/water.You may need a small amount or Surfactant for clarity.

We just created a fragrance mist for hairs, the ingredients list was very minimal mainly water. What purpose would this be for?

Why anhydrous?. The problem using ethanol is the irritation, you will end up sneezing every time you breath it. Won’t stain unless you use too much oils, or if you spray repeatedly the fabric.

It’s all essential oils and I was hoping to avoid water entirely. Avoid ethanol as well as it makes it hazardous to transport.
