I have a foundation I want to create and I need a company who can make a batch of the formula then color off for low minimums. Someone who can be trusted and my formula is safe. who is fast and can help supplying a new compact specialized. please help ready to move forward right away

Just be considerate of the needs of the company you’re looking to work with. If you are investing a couple thousand dollars you’ll be much less likely to find someone than if you are investing tens of thousands of dollars.

For a short run like the one you propose, Lady Burd Cosmetics or Colorlab (Rockford, IL, USA) are just about the only ones viable.
