  foundation base no pigment

  Does anyone have any recommendations on how to produce a method that makes a foundation base with no pigment, so that pigment mix can be added later? Or maybe just a method with pigment in the last phase?

  Also, how to account for coverage in my formula- I know it is controlled by how much titanium dioxide, but how can i make sure the final color result is as it should be if i am increasing or decreasing the coverage?
