Formulation help
Posted by Silkcat on June 9, 2017 at 8:29 pmHi there
I’m looking to create or for someone to create a liquid glitter glue for the face / body.
There’s a few basic natural gel types floating about and tried some but the wear time isn’t great.
I’ve seen liquid formulations with similar ingredients between them all and I think they are all somewhat waterproof and require cleanser to remove.Im looking into having my own brand of glitter fix or possible private label.
Could anyone advise on this in us or UK?
Much appreciated

So many try. So many fail.
If you want to start your own cosmetic business it is vital that you acquire some basic knowledge of the business yourself.
I have said many times that cosmetics is not a business where you can “invent” a product and then sit back and watch the profits rolling in - whilst eating lobsters and drinking champagne on a daily basis.
Please do some research to find out just what you are letting yourself in for.

You might find our free report helpful. http://startacosmeticline.com
But I agree with @johnb. If you are going to start a cosmetic line creating the product is not nearly as important as creating a story and finding customers who want to buy it.

Silkcat hi in this forum no one explain you start up ur cosmetic line . But don’t worry I m here to explain u everything.
Excuse me? Read @johnb ‘s message ^ You can’t just ask a random question and expect peope on here to do thorough searching work you could’ve done yourself! If you want to know more about xanthan gum for example, Google is your friend. If you need a specific answer on something, you have to give more and detailed information on what you mean, what kind of formula that you’re working on for example.
I’m sorry, but I find your remark rather offensive. This forum has a lot of willing and helpful experts who are giving up whole parts of their free time just to answer our questions. You should be grateful. -
