Formulation difference of face creams.
Good day everyone, I need assistance with this.
I know lotions are not to be put on face because it could be damaging. When making face creams, how is it formulated differently than lotions? Let’s say I want to make a skin brightening lotion and face cream, do I reduce the percentage of active ingredients in the face cream? What do I do differently? -

What makes you think lotions could damage the face?
There is no standard difference. For body lotion you usually lessen ‘actives’ because you have to provide a larger size and you want to keep cost down
