  Formulating a skin cream with HOCL

  does anyone have any experience of formulating a cosmetic skin cream using hypochlorous acid HOCL and the sort of problems that can occur such as short shelf life, material incompatibility etc. Advise on the types of suitable buffers I can use would also be appreciated (I am a Microbiologist / very novice chemist!, so any help would be greatly appreciated!)
