  FIRST TIME FORMULATING!!! A LITTLE ADVICE PLEASE

  Hello everyone i tried to make a face toner yesterday which ended up crystallizing  and stinging me i dont know what i did wrong 
  heres the formua
  aloe water
  rose water
  propelyne glycol
  allantoin
  salicylic anid
  glycerine
  glycolic acid
  germall plus
  hyaluronic acid 
  i used lactic and citric acid to raise the PH to 3.7
