I have some problem with the product - Fatty acid face soap (face wash)
    1. The reaction between fatty acid (mysristic acid, stearic acid, lauric acid, etc) and KOH
What the ratio of mol between them should be?
How to know the reaction do end?
    2. What shoud we consider when thickening the product by Carpobol aqua SF1 (Acrylate Copolymer)?
    Thank for all!
    Best Regard,

Dear you are firstly using all comodegenic fatty acid and in terms of using them fatty acids should be 2 percent and KoH at 0.5 percent dependent on your charged materials starting from here will be guidance for you and should needed carbopol at 0.3 to 0.5 percent depends 940 or 941.

Carbopol 94o type will not work at that pH level. @thuy9197 is correct to use SF1. Though, I doubt such a low % will work.
You can find the correct quantity of KOH from various online calculators, eg soapcalc.net
