  Facial Cleansing Bar with Salicylic acid at 2%

  Hi There!

  I would like to create a facial cleansing bar with Salicylic acid at 2%. The product base is plant base oils, vegan wax, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, arrowroot powder and as surfactant SCI powder. My big question is If I can use the salicylic acid in powder form and combine it with the other powder ingredients? Or should I solubilize the salicylic acid and then incorporate with the other ingredients? If I have to solubilize it prior to incorporate it, where should I solubilize that will be compatible with oils? Thanks o lot.
