Seems like I have changed my mind on this a 100 times.

    Which would you use…and why?

I think they are on the opposite end of the spectrum for long chain / short chain.  But how would that translate into skin feel.

It is paired with cetyl esters…in a ultra light feeling day cream.  Love to hear your thoughts….even if again…hehehe.

Goal is for quick absorbing, and slightly dry finish.

I think the only negative with MM…might be a perceived comedogenic rating…however I am using it at a rate well below 1%.  Since it is a face cream, and will end up near the eyes…is behenyl less likely to be an eye irritant?

I’m a bit confused, why would you want to go with Myristyl Myristate tho you have lite esters already, and I would not want to see it on the LOI in face cream.
If budget is no concern, I would go with Behenyl Alcohol for its higher melting point and longer pay off and it looks better in LOI. Cheers
