  fabcon separation

  can anyone suggest how to fix separation of fabcon and water after few weeks in a bottle?
  I’m using the following:
  flakes 4.5%
  antibac .02%
  sodium benzoate .2%
  scent .8%
  color .025%
  defoamer .1%
  encap .1%
  fixative .4%
  water 97%
  flakes melted to 80 degrees water
  then stir everyday for 10 minutes for 5 days
