  Eye Shadow wet powder manufacturing process

  Howdy,

  is any fellow chemist here knows how to make eye shadow using a wet powder process like this https://www.nanyo.org/slurry.html ?

  I do skincare only, and really don’t know anything about make up. Can someone come up with a formula for this?
