  Eye Shadow Palette Help

  Hi ,
  I want to create a 9 pan eyeshadow palette and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I want to initially start with a run of 250 of the same palette . I don’t mind any private label companies but I would really like ones that would offer a good quality formula . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

  250? That’s not even a pilot batch. I don’t know if even the private label folks will talk to you about quantities that low.

  Thank you for responding . How many units are in a typical pilot batch?
