  Eye Lash and Brow Tint

  Hope you are all doing well. I am in Personal Care Ingredient Sales and have no formulations experience but I do have have some good experience in Quality. I have a client with a new project which requires development of an eye lash and brow tint that can last 4-6 weeks. Any thoughts on pigments, formulations? I want to see if anyone can suggest colors that are semi-permanent and an oxidant that is non-PPD. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
