Hi, I am currently developing an eye gel formulation with instant lifting claim using 2% Gosulin Agave. The issue is I can’t feel the instant lifting/tightening effect. Here is the full ingredients list.

    Aqua

    Gosulin Agave 2%

    Butylene Glycol

    Ceratonia siliqua seed extract

    Ammonium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate

    Hydrolyzed collagen

    Mulberry extract

    Phenoxyethanol

    Panthenol

    Caprylyl Glycol

    Citric Acid

    Escin

    Glycerin

    Ruscus aculeatus root extract

    Ammonium glycyrrhizate

    Centella asiatica leaf extract

    Hydrolyzed yeast protein

    Calendula officinalis flower extract

    Sodium citrate

How can I improve the formula so that the instant lifting/instant tightening effect could be felt?

Another issue, there is a prickling/tingling sensation around the eyes upon application. I tried to remove the Butylene Glycol but the issue persist. How to overcome this problem?

If there is any advise regarding the overall formulation, I’m very welcome to it.

    Thank you in advance!
