Ethyl Macadamiate … Where to buy smaller pak in the USA
Got a sample of this years ago…. from Floratech….and have always been impressed and intrigued with it… but intentionally did not work with it, as I did not have a ready source…other than large mfg MOQ.
Now I have a project before me…. where this is an almost perfect fit…. and so back to looking for it again. Even my ‘go to’ Thai place doesn’t have it.
A possible sub will be … “Ethyl Linoleate … but that stuff is crazy expensive. 😆 So if you know a reasonable source of smaller amounts for USA types…. drop a note.
