    Hi there!
I’m developing some hair pomades and I’m using mainly Ceteareth-20. I know it’s more common to use Ceteareth-25, but the results are satisfying  so far. We’ve been able to develop pomades with the classic texture/viscosity seen in the products we’re using as benchmark, with great hold as well.
So, my question is actually about the interaction between the Ceteareth and water… How he (Ceteareth-20) creates that semi-solid texture so well known in hair pomades? Since this ingredient is so essential in this type of products, I’d like to understand better how it works. Does anyone knows about it?
    Kind regards,
