  • Equipment for 500 lb emulsion manufacuring?

I’m looking to increase my small batch manufacturing (10 gallons at a time using hot plates/double boilers and high sheer mixers) to larger batches up to 500 lbs. I make emulsions such as conditioners and styling creams, as well as shampoos that are both hot processes and cold processes. I also have some more simple formulas that are purely water or oil soluble ingredients that would not need a dual phase system.

If I weren’t to try to DIY build something myself with mixers, tanks, homogenizers, vacuums… what all-in-one system could I use? I see these types of systems online https://fillingmachine.en.made-in-china.com/product/cwjQUTRDHHWI/China-Gdzrj-350-Bottom-Homogenizing-Vacuum-Emulsifier.html?pv_id=1ifnv7t0ue37&faw_id=1ifnv7tk467c but want to get recommendations if you have used something like this. Could I also use something like this for my single-phase products, or would this only work for dual-phase hot processes?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
