  Emulsion stability

  Hello everyone.
  I was wondering if you can help me. Question: How would you determine the stability of the emulsion over a 3 month
  time period?

  stability tests at 4ºC, 25 and 40ºC, the test depends of your formulation

  Multiple freeze - thaw testing is a help as well.

  Putting your product in a centrifuge for several minutes, while not typically part of a formal stability protocol, is a good way to get a quick gut-check on how the emulsion will hold up in formal stability.
