  Electric stainless steel double boiler with temperature controller

  Dear friends 
  I am looking for electric double boiler for making lotion/ cream. It must have temperature controller. So, I do not overheat ingredients.
  i do not have experiences on this area. Just try to create the lab. 
  Please give me advices on this.

  Depends how much money you want to spend what capacity you need and how accurate you need it to be? If money is tight (student) then a decent soup warmer (electric bainmarie) with  a stainless inner pan is perfect, if you need it to hold a really accurate temperature then you can plug it through a BBQ style PID controller. hope this helps.
