Ethyl lauroyl arginate HCl is a cationic ingredient that also has anti ance benefits. Two people with ance have used it and it has some benefits for acne. But It is not compatible with anionics. Even 0.008% EDTA+ 0.1% ethyl lauroyl arginate HCl in water makes insoluble salt as of my experience and citric acid too.

I am making a simple solution of this ingredient in water to be applied to skin. My question is
if we apply an Anionic lotion that has anionic surfactant, EDTA, and citric acid to skin after applying this cationic solution, would that make this ingredient less effective for acne and form insoluble salt on skin?
