I am trying to make a liquid foaming hand soap aimed at being eczema-friendly. At the moment I have cocamidopropyl betaine that I’m working with. I have been looking and looking for a co surfactant to help it but I can’t seem to find any straight answers on what would work in a FOAMING liquid hand soap. It’s just a bunch of advice on body wash for the most part which is a completely different consistency and wouldn’t work in a foaming bottle.

My sister has really horrible and sensitive eczema which makes it difficult for her to find products she can use. My goal in developing my products is to create things that she and other eczema-sufferers might be able to use without breaking out. *I am already aware that I can’t actually label any of my products as being for eczema.*
