If we compare two simple conditioners A&B

1% BTMC
1% fatty alcoholPreservative
WaterB1% BTMC
3% fatty alcoholPreservative
WaterWhen we apply equal amount of each conditioner suppose 3g in equal amount of hair suppose 10g hair, will more BTMC deposit and attach to hair from conditioner A because total solid percentage of conditioners that we apply to a specific amount of hair surface, 50% of conditioner A is BTMC, 50% FA while 25% of conditioner B is BTMC & 75% FA?Or in another words, does fatty alcohol reduce the amount of cationic surfactant deposition in hair from conditioner?
