If we compare two simple conditioners A&B

    A
    1% BTMC
    1% fatty alcohol

    Preservative
    Water
    B
    1% BTMC
    3% fatty alcohol
    Preservative
    Water
When we apply equal amount of each conditioner suppose 3g in equal amount of hair suppose 10g hair, will more BTMC deposit and attach to hair from conditioner A because total solid percentage of conditioners that we apply to a specific amount of hair surface, 50% of conditioner A is BTMC, 50% FA while 25% of conditioner B is BTMC & 75% FA?

Or in another words, does fatty alcohol reduce the amount of cationic surfactant deposition in hair from conditioner?
